Glen W. Anderson Glen was most recently in investment banking with Oppenheimer & Co. in New York and prior with Jefferies & Co. in San Francisco, focused on telecom, networking and media. Prior to his career in investment banking, Glen worked in the commodity trading business in New York, the venture capital industry in Europe and the hedge fund industry in Chicago. Glen has been close to technology his entire career beginning as an engineer in Motorola's mobile devices business, supporting the design of revolutionary products such as the Motorola StarTAC and the Multiple Application Phone - the world's first "smart-phone". He has been a technology consultant to Lehman Brothers, the New York Stock Exchange ,Midway Games, and consultant to Sprint Wireless and Comcast, among others in technology and organizational strategy. Glen holds a B.S. Magna Cum Laude in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago. Glen holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79, 86 and 87 securities licenses.

Derek C. Johnston

Derek is a 20 year industry veteran having worked in leadership roles in both buy side and sell side equity research as well as in institutional equity sales. In addition to his role with Rainmaker Securities, Mr. Johnston co-manages a New York-based equity investment fund (www.perpetualvalue.com). He previously led institutional equity sales efforts for Susquehanna Investment Group (SIG), and prior, worked for Deutsche Bank in Institutional Research Sales. Derek began his career as an Institutional Equity Research Salesperson for First Albany. He received a B.B.A. from Temple University and holds Series 7, 63, 86,, 87 and 24 securities licenses.

Robert F. Dolan

Bob has over 35 years of experience in the capital markets, and over the course of his career, has raised over $1.5 billion dollars for various new ventures and funds. He currently arranges specialized equity and debt financing new ventures. Bob joined Lehman Brothers in 1973 and in 1975 became the head of Lehman Brothers CBOE operations in Chicago. In 1979, his responsibilities were increased to include all of Lehman’s commodity floor operations outside of New York. In 1989 he relocated to Tokyo where he led Lehman’s  initiatives in stock index arbitrage, commodity funds and equity hedge funds. In 1992 Bob returned to Chicago where he led proprietary trading for Lehman globally. In 1997, He became COO of International Equity Trading where he ultimately raised $500 million for Hedge Funds.  In 2001 Bob founded Dolan Capital Advisors where he created he managed funds focused on quantitative trading in equity index products and equity fund products. He is Series 3,7, 63 and 79 licensed.

Mathew K. Green

Matt is responsible for managing Rainmaker’s partnership with Electio Investments and leading Rainmaker’s team devoted to marketing and distribution of private placement offerings to High Net Worth investors. In that role, he oversees personnel  management, strategic planning, recruiting and training for all Rainmaker staff devoted to this business function. Matt has a diverse background in financial services and client relationship management. Before joining Rainmaker, he worked at Bridgeview Wealth Management where he was tasked with building a wealth management platform based on alternative investments. Prior to that, Matt served as Vice President of Investments at JPMorgan Chase where he received numerous accolades for client satisfaction, coaching and achievement. Matt earned a bachelor’s degree from Seattle University and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation.

Gery J.
