Last week, Anaplan raised $264 million in its IPO and the company was valued at $2.07 billion. Anaplan’s shares closed at $24.30 on its first day of trading which represents a 43% increase compared to its original share price.

Allbird’s valuation increased to $1.4 billion after the company raised $50 million.

Buzzfeed hired a new CFO, Eric Muhlheim. Muhlheim previously held the CFO position at various companies and worked at Disney for 16 years.

Circle acquired SeedInvest, an equity crowdfunding firm, to integrate its technology within the platform.

Robinhood has officially launched its in-house trade clearing platform and announced that the company now has 6 million customers.

Snowflake’s valuation increased to $3.95 billion after the company raised $450 million.
