Last week, Uber reported that the company generated $11.3 billion in revenue and posted an adjusted net loss of $1.8 billion in 2018.

Didi Chuxing posted a net loss of 10.9 billion yuan ($1.6 billion) in 2018. The company was planning to lay off 15% of its workforce in 2019.

DoorDash was raising $500 million at a valuation of more than $6 billion.
