Rainmaker helps buyers and sellers address the information problems, restrictions, and transparency issues characteristic of transacting in private securities. In doing so, we introduce efficiency into the traditionally inefficient marketplace for shares of late-stage private companies.
See our proprietary benchmark for late-stage company valuation and performance.
We facilitate private transactions by providing introductions through our network. Our senior investment banking team can also provide offering preparation and advisory services to private companies seeking capital or an exit in a change of control, merger, or acquisition.
Rainmaker specializes in facilitating the transfer of late-stage, private equity securities. Through our global network of investment bankers and broker-dealer partners, we have developed relationships with some of the most active buyers and sellers within the sector.
