As a FINRA-registered broker-dealer, our representatives remain in compliance with U.S. securities laws while acting as a finder. This allows your company to tap into a vast network of investor contacts, including family offices, venture capital and private equity firms, registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, pension funds, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in North America, Europe, and Asia. If you need increased involvement from Rainmaker, we broaden the scope of services to include traditional investment banking and placement agent services, such as valuation, creation of marketing collateral, and transaction structuring. Under our client engagement agreement, you retain sole discretion whether or not to enter any transaction. Typically, our engagements are non-exclusive, and there is no payment obligation until your company receives funding from an investor referred by Rainmaker.
