Investment Banking Representative
We’re always seeking to expand our network of investment banking professionals. Qualified applicants will have a proven track record in raising capital or sourcing investment opportunities for clients in private placement transactions. Representatives must remain active in conducting brokerage activities and demonstrate a commitment to compliance with applicable securities rules and regulations. Prior to working with clients, our representatives must possess or obtain the appropriate FINRA licenses for the contemplated activities. Our team members each hold one or more of the following licenses: Series 7, Series 79, Series 22, Series 62,and Series 82.
