Sheen Munshi - General Counsel

Sheen Munshi is a corporate and securities attorney with more than a decade of experience advising broker-dealers, investment managers, fintech companies, and other financial services businesses on complex regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

Her practice focuses on broker-dealer regulation, private securities transactions, investment products, and financial services strategy. Sheen advises businesses and investors on U.S. securities laws and regulatory requirements, with experience spanning private funds, digital assets, capital markets, and emerging financial products.

Before joining Rainmaker Securities, Sheen served as Special Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she worked on rule making and policy initiatives affecting private funds, broker-dealers, investment advisers, and other areas of the private markets. She previously served as in-house counsel at Crypto.com, Blackstone, and AXA Investment Managers, advising on regulatory, product, transactional, and commercial matters.

Sheen earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and her Bachelor of Management in Finance and Accounting from the University of Western Ontario. She is admitted to practice in New York.
