Marco Sutic, Managing Director – Late-Stage Private Markets

As Managing Director of Late-Stage Private Markets, Marco focuses on sourcing and executing secondary transactions in leading late-stage venture-backed companies. He works closely with institutional investors, family offices, venture funds, and strategic buyers to facilitate liquidity for early shareholders and provide investors with access to high-quality pre-IPO opportunities.

Marco is highly active in the private secondary market, working on transactions involving some of the most sought-after late-stage technology companies across sectors including artificial intelligence, fintech, enterprise software, blockchain, and digital infrastructure. His work frequently involves structuring complex secondary transactions and coordinating cross-border investor participation in large private placements and liquidity events.

Prior to joining Rainmaker Securities, Marco worked as an advisor to private companies and investors while also building and operating several entrepreneurial ventures, developing a broad network across founders, venture capital firms, and global institutional investors.

Marco works with investors globally, with particular focus on North America, Europe, and the Middle East, helping connect sophisticated capital with leading late-stage technology companies approaching public markets.

Marco holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses and is part of Rainmaker’s global network of financial representatives focused on providing liquidity solutions and access to private market opportunities.
