Dominic Cioffi, CCO and General Counsel

Dominic is the primary supervisor of all Rainmaker registered agents. He also manages all legal engagements of the firm and implements the firm’s written supervisory procedures. He is also responsible for developing efficient workflows and compliant processes, leveraging IT systems whenever possible. Dominic graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, where he earned his JD/MBA while teaching business law & ethics to undergraduate students. He was also an editor of the Missouri Law Review. He holds FINRA Series 79, 63, 24, and 27.
